We are Supreme Marketing, a team of two University of Arkansas graduates that, while working with Rob Florida, discovered a need in the Fayetteville real estate market- an affordable For Sale By Owner marketing solution. We know that agent commission fees aren't an option for everyone and that is why we offer three options to help you sell your home.
There are several ways to market your property online and we are here to DO IT FOR YOU! By allowing us to market your home, instead of spending all of your free time in front of a computer, you can spend it with your family, building your career, starting a project, picking up a new hobby, or attending school.

The Process
The average Fayetteville home takes 144 days to sell. That's a little less than 5 months. The Internet is the main source people use for looking at potential new homes and this is how we intend to utilize it: First, we will come to your property, take photos and dimensions, and fill out the property information sheet. Next, we will create a flyer using the photos and information, syndicate it to 10 different real estate websites, and begin posting it on Craigslist.com. Depending on the package you choose, we will also set up the Virtual Tour and create the hard copy flyer. We are not real estate agents and can not guarantee the sale of your home. We can guarantee that we will make sure your home is seen by as many prospective buyers as possible. Your home is right for someone, and we intend to make sure that someone sees it.

Supreme Marketing offers 3 package options for you to choose from.
Bronze Marketing Package
- Photos: The Supreme Marketing team will come to your home and take the photos that will be used in the various online postings.
- Postlet and Website Syndication: The Postlet includes all of the information you want to share on an online syndicated flyer. Once created, the flyer is syndicated to 10 different real estate websites.
- One Craigslist posting a week: Craigslist has established a significant viewership and presence on the Internet in recent years and is one of the top websites viewed by potential buyers.
Silver Marketing Package
- Photos
- Postlet Plus and Website Syndication: the Postlet Plus includes all of the same information, but allows for MANY MORE pictures, multiple tabs, and creates a mini-website for the property.
- One Craigslist Posting a week
- Flyer: The Supreme Marketing team will create a professional looking flyer to use as you choose. Some options may be to email it to your address book or put it in your info tube on the For Sale sign.
